I began fatal fitness in the summer of 2008. At the time I was a small skinny kid
who weighed around 135lbs. I started training with Mike Hussle to become a stronger more successful football player. We trained four days a week and we started making progress quickly. In just a week I was running faster, harder, and I was making quicker cuts. My core strength also began to improve. My balance was on point and I bounced off of tackles and my yards after contact numbers skyrocketed. Mike also helped me clean up my diet. I started eating foods that were high in protien and I cut out fast food
and soda. I started to gain weight and I ended the season at 150lbs. All the hard work and discipline that Mike instilled in me allowed me to breakout as a football star. I took some time off to let my body recover, and before long I was back to the weights. We focused on building muscle and gaining weight. Mike also taught me how to maximize my lung capacity by teaching me a new breathing technique. This breathing technique came in handy for basketball season as I was the most conditioned athlete at my school. Because of the amount of running involved in basketball, I lost weight instead of gaining weight. In the summer of 2009, Colleges learned about my football skills and they started talking about recruiting me. I began to train for my senior season until I pulled my hamstrings and groin during a scrimmage. Some people thought a majority of my season was lost. Mike helped me to gain my strength back and rehab became the focus of my senior year. Despite my injury, I only missed two starts but I played in every
game. I had an amazing senior year with 1000+ rushing yards and 10 rushing TDs. I now play college football for Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC, and
I have Mike Hussle to thank for teaching me everything I know about strength and conditioning, his family for making me feel like another son, and Fatal Fitness for making me the hard working athlete that I am today.
