So your 25 sets doesn't have to be in any sort of time period? It could be across the span of a week?
Yes, that's the idea. Do 25 sets of a set number of pullups (the number you can get every time if you try). The faster you do the 25 sets, the sooner you "level up". About 4-5 sets per day is good. Never go less than 2 sets per day though.

This program is GUARANTEED to work if you do it.
Sweet tits! I love pullups. And who doesn't love more of something that they love already?
I know, right?! This method works with any exercise where the weight is constant, so any bw exercise, or any resistance exercise, as long as you're working for reps.
