Fatal Fitness

Does anyone know the easiest and quickest way to increase my cardio and run time.  I hate running with a passion, so if anyone has any ideas or comments i'm all ears.

Sprints
Justin do you really want the answer to this hahaha. You got to run buddy. I hate running too but if you don't do it, it won't get any better. If your like me I just need to run a few times a week. Twice is my limit unless I am really trying to get after it. If I run one day for about 3 miles and then do some sprints it helps.
yeah i know, i guess i was just looking for a short cut hahaha. I'll just start off slow then try and increase
Today's DC would help.
what could i do burpee's or something instead of front squats, cause there is a little bit of distance between the track and the gym
