Fatal Fitness

I am looking for a diet out there that does not cost $300.00 every two weeks to stay on. Currently i am following something but im not sure if it is good. This is what i do

 

Breakfast: 3 eggs packet of oatmeal

Snack 1: 2 yogurt cups and ounce of almonds

Lunch: half can of tuna/ 8 club crackers and a rice cake

snack 2: MRP shake (lean body)

Dinner: either chicken, steak, or fish, a carb and veggies

 

And i drink 180 oz ish a day

 

I am currently 6'6" and weigh 242. I would like to get down to about 210 will this help me do it or should i use something else.

You are in luck. One of the ETG's (elite training guides) we're releasing very, very soon is about diet/food/recipes for different athletic/fitness goals. I should have actually waited to announce that, but too late. This one will be in both ebook and print format too, so you can get it either way you want.
