Newb to site

Dang i am glad to see some fit heads get on a site and post some stuff worth while. I am an AMMO troop stationed at Eglin AFB Florida. i have always been a fitness dude major/minor Nutrition/Exercise Science. I enjoy the pushing myself till i cannot physically go any further. Keep up the grind and thanks for providing a forum we can all share our thoughts on.
