Fatal Fitness

As this week ends and we head into the next couple, many users will notice that we are doing things a little differently.

Fatal Fitness is, and always has been, all about constantly evolving, bettering ourselves and what we are doing. Quite simply, we have been constantly learning, experimenting and developing. We have found many great things that work well. We've also found some things that need to be tossed because they just don't work.

What you will see over the next few weeks and months is a huge step forward for us, and should improve your performance in all realms. Stick with us, and do our workouts as posted, and you should see the best results you've ever had.

Great! Now I'm all excited... I only hope I can do 'em a lot more consistently than I've been able to, lately. Well, I'll have yet another factor pushing me on.

Yeah a change up should be good right about now, I was getting a little demotivated too.
Is this new programming better than the TACP ETG? If it is how can I supplement this new stuff into the old ETG?
Don't get us wrong. The ETG is great for TACP preparation. Our programming has just gotten better, and so should result in better strength, speed, endurance and durability. If you are using the ETG, keep going. When you're done, join right back in with the DC's we post here and fatalfluid.

No, starting with today's lifting session, as well as the more progressive FFluid DC's. Better programming will mean better results over time.
You may have noticed we're in a very intensive strength period. There's light at the end of the tunnel, and you'll be able to attack what's coming up next with all the strength you've built with your hard work!
Had some users make comments about their stamina abilities, and wanting to do more to develop their stamina for longer efforts. That is not a problem- we agree here that you can't throw the baby out with the bathwater.

FFluid is designed to progess along with FFitness, and stick with it and our distance (tempo) runs will gradually build your ability to do LSD runs.
