Has anyone competed in the Spartan Race, Warrior Dash or Tough Mudder? A few guys and I want to run the Arizona Spartan next month and could use some training suggestions. Thanks.

Free tattoo hmm. The races look interesting.
looks like a ton of fun
If you guys really want a challenge do tough mudder and contact the GoRuck team (bunch of SF dudes) to complete the GoRuck challenge.  It is running the entire obstacle course with a rucksack full of bricks.....A few of us were training for it and working with them but then they cancelled the mudder.  Spartan race is like a sprint triathlon.  A quick three mile obstacle course, instead of the seven or ten mile mudders.
I would but we are going to be in Afghanistan. I actually will be picking mud from the race out of my toe nails on the plane. The AZ race is the 8 mile 15 obstacle race, so it should prove to be a fun challenge.
tough mudder in June here in Colorado. Myself and friends plan on going through it carrying the POW/MIA flag in Honor.

Which day where you? I went saturday! Amazing event had a great time! to be honest Iwas pretty jelious of not being in the militray then.  all the Special Forces guys and military there reping there T-shirts made me want to be apart of the whole thing.

TOUGHT MUDDER ALL THE WAY!!! did tought Mudder in colorado then Warrior Dash in Washington. Tought mudder was for athletes and Military looking for a fun day of challenges. Warrior Dash was over priced and to short with concluding in being totally muddy and no water to jump in to get cleaned off.

im doing the rebel race next year.  cant wait to get my free beer and crawl around in the mud with all the sexy ladies!
