Tucson- That Others May Live 1/2 Marathon
I know that this last minute, but there is a 1/2 marathon at Davis-Monthan AFB, in Tucson on Saturday. It's being organized by the "That Others May Live Foundation" to raise money for the HH-60 crew and PJ's (Pedro 66) that we lost when they were shot down in Afghanistan last summer. You can do the whole 1/2 marathon by yourself, or do a 2,3 or 4 man relay. If anyone in Tucson is interested in this awesome opportunity to give back to the Recue community, support our fallen comrad's familys, and the 2 guys that are still in extensive rehab your participation is greatly appreciated.
Online regristration closes tonight (Thursday, 24 Feb) at midnight. You can register a team on race day at the tent.

Jordan, how did the half marathon turn out?

It turned out pretty good. I we raised a lot of money. I got 3rd in the Rescue Challenge. A guy I know got first and got a paid enterance into the Arizona Super Spartan. We ran the Super Spartan and that was amazing, and I think training for the 1/2 marathon really helped out for that.
