Fatal Fitness

I am addressing this to the folks that join this team. Whether in Tucson/D-M or abroad.

What are your expectation from yourself and fellow team members?
What results are you looking for?
What motivates you?
How do you think you can benefit the team, or motivate somebody that you don't know that lives thousands of miles away?

I expect to be the best and push myself to the max. As for the team, be motivating and supportive.
I am trying to cross train into PJs and WILL pass!
My family is what motivates me most.
I haven’t had to motivate anyone out side the area but i have pushed people before in many different ways.

Since I asked the questions I suppose I am expected to answer. Damn Jason, you beat me at my own race. Makes me look bad.
1. I expect awesomeness from myself. To wake up every morning ready to handle whatever is thrown at me. I expect to push myself hard. When I want to quit, and be a pussy to push through the pain and finish. I expect to win every time. When I fistfuck something to go back and do it correctly.

2. The results that I am looking for are to be fit. Not really to look good in my speedo while I catch some rays at the pool, but when I'm climbing and I drop a line, or an anchor breaks or I lose my cams I will survive. I want to be able to tackle anything that life throws at me and eat that shit for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

3. My motivation is my family, I want to make them proud. My country, I wanna lure the Taliban in with chocolate then drop some CBU-87's on their heads. Also, I hate fat people.

4. I feel that I can benefit my team by staying on everyones asses, and keeping everyone to stay on everyones asses, and encouraging everyone to stay on my ass. I want to develop a team that motivates and encourages each other. Don't wanna be a TI always yelling. I am good at keeping intouch with folks. Text messages baby! They are the best.

-I expect discipline and motivation from myself and the team. The daily work ethic that will help us succeed in the careerfields we've chosen.

-I've spent alot of my life trying to gain mass and look good, not focus on functionality. I am here to build as much strength as possible while maintaining my weight...no more, no less.

-Progress motivates me. As well as knowing what waits for me if I train hard.

-Communication on this board means more than most think. It's good to know you have other people training like you.

-expectations: as far as myself i want to be able to keep focused on my training and motivate the team, as far as the team goes, motivation and goonchness.
-results: be able to get to the cct pipeline as mentally and physically prepared as possible.
-motivation: cct/team gorilla munch (team gorilla munch members are currently recovering from injuries, somberness glooms because of lack of gorilla time)
-Benefit: I'd like to benefit from workouts posted and vice versa, motivation for others: no matter what your size you can push through anything if you put your heart mind and a bit of muscle into it, just look at the workouts me and clint post we do them all and finish them. if we can do them anyone on this team can

Expectations: BHB (Basic human Beastiality) from all members.
Results: When what you believe becomes greater than what you feel, what you feel becomes irrelevant. When what you feel becomes irrelevant, you become invincible.

Motivation: Gorilla Munch, to be able to control the uncontrollable, PJ
Benefit: see expectations

What are your expectation from yourself and fellow team members? To never give up on myself or others. To push it to the max every single day. To give it my all and never second guess myself, my training, my abilities or why I am doing this.
What results are you looking for? To be "functionally strong", mentally strong and have the endurance of a triathlete.
What motivates you? The 90% washout rate for Pararescue..Every single day I realize that if I don't train to the absolute best of my abilities and beyond, I will fail. But everyday I train is 1 day and 1 step closer to succeeding in Superman School.
How do you think you can benefit the team, or motivate somebody that you don't know that lives thousands of miles away? By over-coming my own odds and showing people it CAN be done..lifting those up that are discouraged, and keeping in contact with all of those training to be something bigger and better.

1. I expect nothing but 100% effort from myself, everyday, regardless of what is being thrown my way. I expect the team to remind me that when it gets hard, to dig deep, and push past my limits.

2. I am trying for the SARC corpsman program.

3. Progress is definitely motivating.

4. By giving advice when its asked for and taking it when its needed.
