500m swim max time 14:00
10min. rest
1.5 mile run max time 10:45
30 min. rest
pull ups-minimum 6
3 min. rest
sit ups-min. 45
3 min. rest
push ups-min. 45
3 min. rest
4 count flutters-min. 45

this is my official past. need to get some numbers up
I can say that these were cadre enforced pull-ups,sit ups, and push ups.
If you finished, then it's not measly. I know a lot of people that wouldn't even finish, and if they did would be wiped out for the duration of the day. Good job man!
