3x sprint laps w/ 20 squats after each.

1 laps combat side stroke (witch I suck at)

Today's DC was fun. I love pushups and flutter kicks. I got 5 solid rounds, then things started to get shaky. Getting 15, then 12 or 10 at a time before taking a breather. The clock went by pretty slow. I lost count of my rounds because I started focusing so much on my reps and breathing and finishing that I forgot I was supposed to keep track. I guesstimate that I fully completed 14 or 15 though.

Do you have somebody that you can buddy-breath with? Also, try this next time you want a challenge.

Do underwaters crossways across the pool (shorter distance). Hit the other side, get out as fast as possible and do a set of 20-30 pushups with your fingers on thegunnell (edge of the pool), then get back in the water as fast as possible and do another underwater to the other side, get out and do pushups or flutter kicks. Make sure to use your keyhole stroke and be as efficient as possible. Try to get to the other side in 3 strokes. Relaxation is the key. Panic will ensue, so I suggest doing it in the shallow end your first time. Focus on relaxing underwater, and spending the least amount of time in transitions. You'll probably hate me for suggesting you try this, but that's cool with me. Lemme know how it goes, and if you learned anything.

I had my wife wrap my busted ass ankle super tight, and the the DC. Everything went good for the most part. I'm not a very good at jumping rope. So I spent most of the 2min hitting myself in the head and tripping on the damn thing. Got 20 pullups, had to do it in 3 sets though. Weak sauce....looking forward to tomorrow.

I completed the Ben Hur work out. The only thing that I was not able to do was the dips, I have no place to do them at my house. I took a little over an hour do to the fact that I paced my self make sure that I could finish on the first try. I could definitely feel it at the end.
