So here is my normal "at work" workout.
40 pushups every scramble when we launch for a mission.
Then put the kettlebells on the barbell and do a set of 10 deadlifts when I walk outside.
10 pullups every time I walk inside.
Then after work it's 20min of cardio trying not to die from dust inhilation then powerlifting.
Diet sucks because we get Marmites (food from chowhall brought to us at work) 4 times a day and it's the same s*** every day.

Nah, we didn't even talk about working out and whatnot. Was in the middle of a PT test.

Thanks, I’ll have to try that. I can make 1/2 a lap take a full min. but after that I surface. What did he have to say? Did you tell him about FF?

Hey Jason, I ran into the dude that we took our PAST test with before we came in the other day. Weisegerber...yeah, he's in my squadron. I saw him like 2 days before I deployed and we were bullshitting cause I had a "Montana is for Bad-a****" sticker on my Nalgene bottle. Nuts. Anyways, about the swimming I would try to slow down your swim. If I am bringing my A game I can do one pool length in 4 strokes. So try to just throttle back and focus on going slow and making your keyhole stroke as powerful as possible. My swim is going to be shitty when I get back because the only pool here at Kandahar is the s*** pond, and I am pretty sure going in there is fatal.

Hay, my cross training is on hold for right know but I'm still training. I have not been consistent on holing my breath on a full down and back underwater, but I can usually get about 2/3 of the way back. Anyone have any suggestions on training techniques? While swimming I can hold my breath for around a min.

Got back from drill this past weekend and it looks like the new TACP candidates are going to Lackland for a week before tech school. Apparently going to be a weeding out process before they get to school. If anyone has any info on what the course is looking like it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I am looking for someone to kind of take over for a while for me. I am deploying to Afghanistan for a little ass kicking and where I am going I won't be able to get on the internet that often.

We have varied with PT anywhere from 1.5 hrs- 2.5hrs.. depends on how fast you get your s*** together as a team really. Rucks just depend on the length. PT is M/W/F with rucks every other Thursday. The Thursdays you don't ruck you do modified crossfit. No PT on Tues due to MTL time. Hope this helps
