I wish I could. I'm out for a few weeks minimum. I went in for a PHA today, left with appiontments for Upper-GI X-Ray, blood work 2x a week and a whole bunch of other s***. Doc put my ass on a no strenuous activity profile and told me I cannot workout. Ugh.

The main point to think about for today’s DC is time management.

Man, I completed today’s DC and then sum. I started to run and was going to do 5x 10,5,5 every 5min. but realized the my math was off after the first set. I realized I had to double it so I caught back up on set 2. Set 3 I only did pushups due to some bikers and set 4 I did pushups and jumps (2+mi. and about 20 min. down). On the way back I was doing the fast jog to medium jog every 2 light poles for the remaining 2+mi. and 1/2 way back finished the pushups. The last 1/8 mi or so I built up to an all out sprint and the total time was around 41min. This was a grate DC and I will implement the Ptoss in to my runs from now on (probably not for 4+mi. though). Good luck every one.

Sorry bro's. Been busy as hell lately. Anyways, Jason and I are both looking at crosstraining. Him into PJ, I into TACP. The other guys are civilians and not really sure if they even do the workouts. So Jase and I use the team to bounce ideas back and forth, post our workouts and things of that nature. I wanna get the team bigger so there is more input.

Back into it today. Got some knarly burns on my right hand, so I'll have to see if I can wrap it up and put a glove over it. Wish me luck!
