We are an Elite fitness group that go on Mock Missions and long rucks. We strive to push our body to the limits.
To join our Team you must be able to perfom the following:
-3 mile run through woods within 40 min.
-80 squats within 2min.
-60 lunges within 2min.
-15 pullups.
-50 pushups within 1min.
-60 situps within 2min.
-30 dips.
-5 mile 50lb ruck march within 90min.

Comment by matt on December 11, 2011 at 12:01pm sun- pyramids 1-10-1 pull ups x1, pushups x2, sit ups x3. then DB rows 3x15, curls 50 reps total three 5s on each side peel off every set.
Comment by matt on December 9, 2011 at 6:09pm fri- 3mi run through woods in 31min then 30squats without weight, pullups-10,8,6,4,2 (15 sec rest between), 20 lunges with weight, 20 calf raises each foot 20x with weight and 30x w/o, 15 DB rows. do that twice then to finish do pullups- 5 regular grip, 5 wide grip, 5 chin ups, 5 close grip, 5 negatives.
