We are an Elite fitness group that go on Mock Missions and long rucks. We strive to push our body to the limits.
To join our Team you must be able to perfom the following:
-3 mile run through woods within 40 min.
-80 squats within 2min.
-60 lunges within 2min.
-50 pushups within 1min.
-60 situps within 2min.
-5 mile 50lb ruck march within 90min.
