Fatal Fitness

If you are prone to stupidity, find another website to use. Don't use this one. Most accidents from working out happen because of ignorance, either on the part of the participant, the trainer, or both (note: if your trainer is a moron and you don't catch it because you didn't take the responsibility upon yourself to figure anything out, you are just as much of a moron as your trainer is. We have no pity on you.) So there you have it--my first piece of advice: don't be a moron. Don't expect to sue us either because you were too retarded to heed our instructions or use common sense. Working out, like anything else, can be dangerous when done improperly or by an idiot with an ego problem. No one is making you do anything, so if you injure yourself it's because you chose to proceed, with or without listening to us. Nothing on this site can be done without you choosing to do it.

The techniques, ideas, and content on this website are not intended as a substitute for proper medical advice. None of the people running this site are doctors and we don't claim to be. If you are unhealthy to begin with, Fatal Fitness is probably not the ideal choice for you. If you are lazy, looking for something easy, looking to get ripped quick, or need to lie to yourself and others to feel acceptance, find another website. If you are in need of constant praise, motivation, atta-girls, or "that's okay, honey, at least you're doing something" statements, go somewhere else. This is not a support group. The pity pot is not here. (read reaper's blog about choice.)

Again, use common sense. If you have no idea what anything is or how to do it, why would you dive headlong into an advanced physical workout designed to torture elite military personnel specifically? If you don't know how to do something, ask questions. Do some research. Find out how it's done properly. Then test the waters to see if you can even do the thing lightly before attempting higher intensity.

I'd also say to consult your physician before "attempting any physical fitness program" but if you don't know by now whether you're sickly or healthy, you have perception and attention problems that should probably be addressed first anyhow. If there is any chance there might be something wrong with you, ask your doctor. Then ask him or her about every other thing a****** companies put out there to cover their a****. Better to waste the doc's time than ours.

If you don't know that there is a possibility that swimming could result in drowning, stay far away from water. Seriously, you're stupid and we believe you have no business taking a bath without supervision, let alone trying to do water confidence. If you're one of the above-average intelligence who understands that there is risk involved in swimming, always make sure there is a lifeguard or a "rescue buddy" present. Never do underwaters alone and obey all beach condition rules.

It is your responsibility to make sure you're not being retarded, not ours. Take the time to learn about what you're getting into; there's plenty of info on this site. If you don't know where to begin, or you have lots of questions, trying our frequently asked questions. Recognize right now that you have a choice, always, between doing things safely and being an idiot. Smart people inform themselves first.

Don't whine to us because you puked, got dizzy, tried to work out while dehydrated, messed yourself up by trying to use too much weight, passed out under water and died because you didn't tell anybody you were going to be doing them, messed up all the connective tissue in your joints because you didn't take the time to learn how to do an exercise properly and with a responsible load, broke something that you dropped a kettlebell on, or anything else that happens because you were negligent.

Don't be an idiot. Not here, not anywhere for that matter.
