"yea i actually have a couple of friends headin to phase II in October and i'll be training with them to get them ready anyways so that should help a lot. but hopefully i see ya there in the spring i just really need to keep working hard.…"

"Thinking pretty hard about it. Water con is the most important thing to practice. If you can, get a buddy to buddy breath with, and have a third person harrass you. I just did it by myself and it really doesn't prepare you for the real deal."

I learned to buddy breath while I was there. Not a good approach at all. Buddy breathing invokes a natural panic, and you must numb those nerves before hand. Doing so will make you much more relaxed and focussed, which is always a good thing when the heat is on. Good luck buddy! Remember, NEVER QUIT!
