"It could just be strained and needs rest.  Where exactly is the soreness/pulling coming from? Is it more toward the middle of your chest or more towards the armpit?"

Pulled Pec

So I think I pulled my Pec during that ten day push at some point, and it's still giving me trouble. Whenever I push on anything, or do pretty much anything with my right arm,  the right side of my chest gets the most incredible sort of sore I've ever felt. It sucks, too, since it prevents me from working out to the fullest. Is there anything I can do other than rest, ice, and ibuprofen to get back into it faster?
