"I used 50 lb dumbells for four rounds, 121 reps. Then I used 60 lbs for the last set, 10 reps. Then I did 5 pullups all 6 rounds, and those planks were intense. I held all my holds for the full minute but my obliques were on fire."

"Did 145, 165, 185, 205, 225. My body weight (160) 22 reps. Then did 3x10 145 lbs romanian dead lifts, ran for an hour, and swam a half mile."

"I went through a few schools were they were very picky about pushups. It's easier for them to see you lock out if your hands are closer together but it requires a little more tricep strength. Good luck on Sunday."

Just failed my tacp past test after passing last month

So, ive done fatalfitness all month up until yesterday and expected to blow last months scores out of the water. But I was surprised to find out that our test was actually today instead of saturday. So I was sore and not rested for the test. So much for improving all my scores...
