Yea we have a pool here at Andersen AFB but its outdoors and its always kids swimmin after work. Ill try your way and see how it goes.

If you go to the top of the page there is a tab that says MEDIA. Click on that and then click VIDEOS some of them are on there otherwise I usually youtube the exercise if its not on the media.
