I was wondering if there was an updated site for PJ standards. I know they got rid of the 50m underwater and such, and specialtactics.com hasent been updated for 2 years. Where can I find todays training schedules and standards up-to-date? Thanks

You are plenty prepared for basic. I went to basic at Fort Benning, Ga. (Army Infantry), and you would be in the A running group at the begining of basic. I would recommend to keep doing what you're doing and take a few days off before you start bas…

About me
I recently enlisted in the Air force and signed my PJ contract. It is my passion in life to be a PJ and serve my country. I work out 5 days a week for the past 3 months to achieve my goal. My leave date is set for March 23, 2009. It was a shock and short notice to leave, but I chose to say yes. I am hitting it twice as hard now implimenting all three aspects of my workout daily swim, cals and running. I have worked with a CCT a few times to get a better concept from somone personally to help me out. I wrestled in high school and feel like that is the only thing that I could ever compare to what I have ahead of me. If anyone has any advise besides "Dont QUIT" I will greatly appreciate it.

Yeah dude, I'm alive. I bought that sock you were telling me about and it apparently comes in tomorrow. My foots slowly gotten better, but I've been in florida for 2 weeks and used that as an excuse to not train. I actually turned 23 today so I was busy as all get out, preparing for the evenings festivities. I'll be hitting hard tomorrow to pick up where I left off. I'm debating on practicing mma again for the 10 weeks were still home. Have you heard of rescueathlete.com? It's apparently Pj's that put up their own workouts daily. It's alot like this site but less weight more endurance/cardio. You on facebook?
