Did some sled pulls today. 125lbs. 7 times. It was myself and 2 other guys on my team. It sucked. Will be doing more later.

This was a pretty good one. Never have done Turkish get ups. I did them wrong. I know how to do them now though. I am going to redo this next week or a week after and I will post the time.

Team Forged is mostly about getting fit for guys that wanna retrain into hard skills AFSC's like TACP/CCT/PJ/SERE. But we also have a goal of being fit for life, just just for work.

Alright so here we go...

I will be posting what I do daily. Kind of an update on what is going on. I have already lost 25lbs and am trimming up. I have been doing the basic basics to get back to a good level. I will start doing the FF workouts on Monday. I also will post every workout I have done so far and the progress I have made. This is the end of week 6.
