I will be posting what I do daily. Kind of an update on what is going on. I have already lost 25lbs and am trimming up. I have been doing the basic basics to get back to a good level. I will start doing the FF workouts on Monday. I also will post every workout I have done so far and the progress I have made. This is the end of week 6. So yea, any tips you guys (and gals) have on how to kick off the FF workouts let me know. If there are some good DCs to start with just to get used to the workouts…
