I'm out in colorado again, this time not to climb (unfortunately), but the good news is that it's for a seminar with the guy who runs mountain athlete- looking forward to learning from him and hopefully bringing that good stuff on back to FF, to help us keep evolving for the better!

I am doing the best I can but currently I am deployed to Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan and needless to say, the marine gym is a bit lacking. I am still doing my workouts every day though! Thanks for the shout
