I agree 100% with John. Set it up like the ETG. AM/PM Workouts, Workout A and Workout B, or Endurance/Strength workouts to be combined or performed AM/PM style. I see lot of work outs aimed more at developing a functional capacity to perform both endurance and strength activities together. I just recently started visiting this site. I perform some the prescribed work outs, but I also go to another site for some of my training that involves more endurance based exercise.
In regards to Fatal Fluid, I think you should just incorperate it with Fatal Fitness. Why have two websites. I think going to a different site for a swim work out turns people away. I'm not a PJ or a CCT but I am in the Army and I swim quite a bit. To be honest I really enjoy this site but i do go to another one quite often because they add swimming to there workouts. Hope the change works out either way.
I will be in the eastern caribbean from jan1-8 I was wondering if you had DCs planned out that far? If you have them, I hugely appreciate knowing what to do ahead of time (no Internet). If you don't (I think FF is a few days planned and a rough idea for the next week?) then I totally understand. I can just improvise and pick it up where we are when I get back. Thanks! - Lee
