Quick question.. Is there anything different i can do to help heal a severe hamstring strain other than the typical rest, ice, heat and standard static stretches. I know 4 or 5 stretches for it and none of those seem to help much. Any info would be appreciated. ThanksSee More
"I agree. I washed out in Nov 05 in week one. Take your time and pay attention to detail and you will be fine. Also if you are confident, don't let them know it. And go to the voluntary study for the ENTIRE time. Good luck"
"Right now i am following the ETG, along with hourly pushups and situps during the work day. Sometimes i have to vary the ETG though due to pool access and work schedule, but for the most part i follow it."
