Will do bro. Thanks for the heads up. I've been designating each day to a certain calisthenic and every 15min. for 12 hours I do x-amount of that cal. I swim just about every day and having been practicing egg beater and underwaters. Each week I go up, thats on top of FF training and the pool and running. Sorry to hear thats what happened, you gonna make another run at it? 5 more months and I'm gone..it's killing me. You think you'll make another run at it?
