- Right now i am following the ETG, along with hourly pushups and situps during the work day. Sometimes i have to vary the ETG though due to pool access and work schedule, but for the most part i follow it.

- Glad to hear from someone with a date the same as mine. Seemed to me that everyone was a lot earlier. I was hoping for one of the Sep/Oct slots but I'm happy regardless more time to prepare. Have you looked at the ETG yet?
