I'm an F-15C avionics troop currently training to cross train to TACP. I'm about 6'0 200 pounds and have too much useless muscle mas from the gym. My eligibility to cross train is in december so I've got about 6 months to try and get where I'm going. I'm down till about mid august for a pulled calf and as much as i hate it I'm not gonna be stupid and tear it.
I will not fail.

Training. If it's not making me stronger I'm not the biggest fan of it.
1 Rep Max for Front Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Overhead Press, and Squat Clean
Mybench max was 300 but it's been a while since I've benched
