did you work out alot before you left? and what helped you the most running alot or weights? i'm leaving for the Air Force in july and i'm Goin to be going through the school house to become a TACP and i'm trying to find anything that will help me become in better shape for the school house i run and just do bw workouts but i'm looking for specific workouts to help with push-ups and pull ups any advice?
