Note: out of all the exercises we're doing this cycle, you probably have the ability to challenge yourself the most on front squats. You should feel like you aren't going to be able to walk tomorrow when you're done with this, so GO HEAVY!

Note: The volume has been cut down from last week. Guess what? That means you should be lifting even more! If you're doing ring fly's, that means you should be attempting to go even lower/progress farther and farther toward doing the fly's right off the ground, like the example video.

Do not use hip drive here. We aren't doing push press, we are doing a strict press. Increase the weight as you go- you should be failing by the last rep of the last set.

Notes: This is day 1 of our next cycle. Don't be fooled by the fact that we're doing a single exercise at a time. This is to give you the opportunity to lift much, much heavier than you would have the energy to otherwise. You should be lifting damn heavy on this, and the muscles…
