P90X Is It The Real Deal?

What are your thoughts on this program? I know it was popular in Balad,Iraq while I was there.

Hopscotch

Do a 30 minute Ptoss Run- preferrably through an area with a lot of obstacles. Thick woods, construction sites, minefields, etc.

Then: 30 minutes run, ruck or swim.

Note: go heavy for the lunges, but be careful to keep safe form! If you do not have access to weights today, try doing these with a partner in "fireman carry " position!
