Syracuse

Warmup with 3x 50 flutterkicks and situps, then:

4 minutes high intensity interval on each at 40/20 pace:

Cooldown with 1 mile moderate pace run, decreasing pace at each quarter mile.

The Battle of Syracuse, whereby the inhabitants of Syracuse defeated the Athenians in one of the hugest upsets in history, is considered one of the 15 Decisive Battles of the World.
