This DC is named after the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, of Biblical fame, known for their direct involvement with the destruction of man.

L-Sit
Plank
Wall Sit
Bridge

Then run 2 or row 1 mile.
*10 minutes total, not 10 minutes each, so use a combination.
