yes, five sets of two reps. whenever you see such small rep numbers, you should be going very heavy. basically whatever reps are assigned, you should gauge based on your own abilities whatever the most challenging weight you can do for that number of reps is.

Question: This is five sets, of two reps? Are you supposed to use larger weight for it then?
