Comment by Charlie Scoggins on August 7, 2012 at 5:24am First time timing pullups. Got it in 9:45. Believe I did too many on first set that slowed pace down. Next time I will pace better.
I might try regulating rest to cut down on time...I probably spend a lot more time standing there shaking it out than I need to.

How do most of you break it up? Like, I did 10-10-10, then sets of 5 up to 70, Then 12 sets of 3...
