First time timing pullups. Got it in 9:45. Believe I did too many on first set that slowed pace down. Next time I will pace better.

It's definatley a hard challenge but with more time and doing it you can only get better.

I might try regulating rest to cut down on time...I probably spend a lot more time standing there shaking it out than I need to.

Same here. I'll knock out 20-30, then do 5-10 with 5 second breaks. Last time was a bit slower at 3:55.

Breaking it down into smaller sets is alot faster. I try to do as many as I can up to 25-30 then break it down from there. Starting with either 10-15 and then down to 5's.

That's pretty close to how I did it. One thing is that lots of little sets with small rest periods is faster than a few big sets with long rest periods.

16:16. And I'm with you, Doug...15's getting broken next time.

How do most of you break it up? Like, I did 10-10-10, then sets of 5 up to 70, Then 12 sets of 3...

Man, this one felt like a record in the making... But it took 17 minutes. Oh well, still a lot better than last time. Now, the goal for next time: break 15 minutes...
