First DC checked off the list.  Got 15 sets and 18 pushups.  My goal is 18 sets in 2 months. I definitely underestimated this one!  This is just my first day and I'm already addicted to FF. Love it!

so just do as many roundsin 20 minutes as possible? One round, 20 push ups, start again? i got 12. Crunches and all are easy:)

13 rounds. First time doing this card, but I feel my 3-week school-imposed finals + leave hiatus didn't help.

 

CDS - New Year's Day 2008. Long story short, failed to punch one of my best friends in the face or tell him he was being a straight ass and take his keys after he'd been drinking way too much. My #1 Best Friend got in the back, I rode shotty, we hit some ice, car rolled over three times.  Me and my buddy in the back were fine, but the drunk guy driving go thrown out of the car. He was in a coma for 7 months, and he's talking now and stuff, but he's not the same. My number one regret to this day is not standing up and doing something that night, for I feel I was fortunate to only have ruined one of my best friend's lives, and not tow.

Did this today, since there was an unspecified workout in the cycle I'm doing.

Made it to 8 rounds, again. And got the pushups in for round 9.

Pushups were my slow point, I'd say. They're also so much better exercises than Bench Pressing... I can get up to a 255 1 RM Bench Press, just from doing pushups. And I bet I would have done a whole lot better on the workout from October 4th, 2009, if I had been doing pushups along with the specified lifts....

Bad pushups is naturally going to be an issue on this one. Guys are racing, so they subconsciously shorten their pushups. I've probably done it myself. That's a problem with race type workouts, and it's one reason why we don't do races as often as others do.

Thanks man. I aim to please. And don't worry, we'll have cycles where we don't focus so heavily on the big lifts.
