(1) Overhead Squat: 7x3
(2) Squat Clean: 7x3
(3) Military Press: 7x3
Max Pullups between rounds
On every lift, estimate a weight you can safely do for 3 reps. Now go down 30 lbs. Start there, and increase the load by 5 lbs every round. Complete all the OHS before moving on to the squat clean, etc. This is light loading for today, but stick with it, this will get heavier and you will see gains in a pretty short period of time.
