Thanks for the reply. Thats what I did. I like to lift heavy so I took plenty of rest and bumped the weight up. I just figured there might have been a specific rest interval and thats why I asked.
Whatever you can safely handle the next set with. These are strength ladders so the weights get heavier with each set, be sure to be able to do it without getting injured. It's kind of a cookie-cutter answer I apologize but it's the truth.
What rest interval are you suggesting between sets?
