Comment by Harrison Lee on December 13, 2011 at 5:00pm Finished Justice (with 8count bodybuilders in place of burpees) and Bonus Round in 59:15. Terrible show, but my mind was just not there today. There's million excuses, but in short today was just about finishing, sometimes that's all you can do. Next time we do this, sub-22.
Comment by Douglas on December 12, 2011 at 8:13am "Completed" justice but only did 10 burpee pullups each round. 29:45. This was my first time doing this. I was done at the end.

Comment by Joshua B Welter on January 20, 2011 at 3:25pm Hey all,
I did the work out today which was dificult.
I started out with a my usual run but this time i ran a little harder today: all in one run i ran 1.5 miles in a time of 9:08 and then stopped at two miles in a time of 12:00 min flat.
Then i went through the normal 300 sit ups and then to the 5 rounds of push-ups, burpee pull ups, squat jumps, and then kettle bell swings. I finished in a time of 21 mins and 34 sec. i think that was ok because i was beat at the end. But i still did the 100 push ups at the end in a 50, 25, 25 way to the finish! How did everyone else do?
