I don't know what the standard is, but I used 95#x3 and then 115#x2 on this one.
For the ankles to bar, I subbed in a mixture and straight and bent leg lifts since I was having trouble keeping my shoulders "tight" AND not swinging so I knocked it down a notch.
For Part II I used 95#x3 115#x2 on thrusters then 25#DBx1 and 35#x4 on TGUs.
Awesome excersise. Between drop snatch, keeping shoudlers tight on leg lifts, thrusters and TGUs...but whole shoulder/trap area is very disgruntled. :P
Watched about 5 or 6 different demos on the drop snatch. I highly suggest others do the same (if you are new to this sort of thing like I am) and then practice your form with an empty bar.
