Don't do what I did the first time I did ladders! I thought of a ladder as going up and then down...

Jeremy- ladders is a way of doing reps where you go a little higher each time.  For example, in this case, "2-3-5" means 2 reps, 3 reps, 5 reps... so 2 presses, 2 pullups.  3 presses, 3 pullups, 5 presses, 5 pullups.  That's one "ladder"- then you'd go back to the "bottom" of the ladder and start over at 2 reps again, until you've completed all the ladders.  There's also reverse ladders where you start at a higher number and work your way back down again.  And ladders don't need to be 2-3-5, that's just one way of doing them.

Well, Presses done with 115, and pullups done with 25 lbs. Good one.
