this one earns it's name. the .25 mile sprints were good, I was on pace until the last two rounds (aimed to keep the .25 mile sprints at 80-90 seconds, fell short the last two rounds). It was the pushups in between the sprints that were slowing me down- with my heart rate up they were much harder than they normally would be, so broke them into sets of 25. Took 20:09. Too slow for my taste. I'll get it faster.
