6.3 miles of Moody AFB now has a sweat trail on it. Now to attempt to finish the rest of the work day....

Benched my bw for 3 failure sets, 3 sets of pulls, 20 chins, 100 pushups, 3 minute plank.
And then I rowed. I rowed and rowed and rowed. And then I rowed. And I figured since I rowed this far, I might as well keep rowing.

Swam 2600 meters.  Not very fast, had to pace myself.

Did running for mine, dunno how far I got, since I'm running in fields, but it was a good run. I'm getting a hang of this fore-foot running...

Also, did Clean and Jerks earlier today. Six sets of three reps, @ approx. 90%, so 185 lbs. I like Olympic lifting. Now, if only I could drop the bar once I get it overhead...

I just went ahead and did a run. 7.03 miles in an hour.

Got my time in with running and swimming. The pool was damn crowded, I'm gonna have to rearrange what time I get in there, apparently. For running I've found a new spot, a bunch of old soccer fields, which works out well. The track is hit or miss, because if they're running anything, they kick you out.

Was only able to swim for 50 mins. YMCA had an event and I got kicked out of the pool. Will have to make it up those 10 mins. later this week.

What if I put vaseline all over the seat? Yeah, thats what I'll do.

George, don’t try to sub this. A cable row will not be nearly as beneficial as a rowing machine due to the fact that there will be no fluid motion and you find it hard to use your legs since the seat on a cable row doesn’t move. You will find that your back and arms will be about the only thing benefiting from this and you could probably only realistically row for a few mins straight before you are burned out. Hope this helps. Cheers!

So, interesting question. If you only have a cable row machine, I wonder what weight one would use to come close to a rowing machine hmm
