Do single handed snatches- as many as you can in 20 minutes. Go heavy!

The kettlebell swing is sort of a happy medium between a swing and a dumbell snatch. You're starting the motion the same way you would do a one handed swing, and finishes much like a dumbell snatch. Check it out:
