very little, like a 15 minute weight belt fin is all. Training with buddies will be huge. I trained alone for two years preparing, and that was tough. Especially with the water con. I learned to buddy breath while I was there. Not a good approach at all. Buddy breathing invokes a natural panic, and you must numb those nerves before hand. Doing so will make you much more relaxed and focussed, which is always a good thing when the heat is on. Good luck buddy! Remember, NEVER QUIT!
Thinking pretty hard about it. Water con is the most important thing to practice. If you can, get a buddy to buddy breath with, and have a third person harrass you. I just did it by myself and it really doesn't prepare you for the real deal.
Hey man! Good to hear from ya! Well, training isn't going so well. I have been unable to do much for the past two months because of a bad knee. I played in that paintball tournement, and shouldn't have. The ole knee was pretty sore after that. However, I am allowed to start running again september 1st. How about yourself? Been hitting the pool?
