speaking bout running, I am for sure not the fastest runner. I hold my own expecially for my size. I just cant compete with some of the smaller kids. There like speed demons. Keep working on that running, you'll definately improve with the intervals. They will make you fast for sure. I just started some interval running aswell. I figured I need to continue to maintain my cardio even though I'd just rather lift. good luck
Actually this wasn't from a new bar, but from the 1-up pull up WOD. first minute, 1 pull-up, second minute, 2 pull-ups, etc until you don't complete the number of pull-ups for the minutes. 18 rounds later I couldn't hold on to the bar anymore because it was covered in my own blood. The picture was taken after I had cut the ripped calluses off and washed it with salt water.
How much for the kettlebells are you talking? I have been pondering building one because they are so damn expensive. Also that robot is kind of creepy. From the front it looks like 2 men when it’s trucking up that hill.
