Yeah man, no problem. What you can do is call 315-772-6967 and ask for pretty much any NCO out there. You can tell them you know me and that you're in the area and they should be able to get with you. There's always an NCO looking to get out of work. :)
Thanks for the welcome note. On a side note, have you asked Forged if they'd do a run of shirts or hoodies for the team? Just a thought. Also, I will post up goals and stuff to the team blog tonight
You should post all your questions to the forum so that if someone else has that same question it's more out in the open. But in this case, it really doesn't matter which modality you choose to sub for running, whether it's biking, swimming, or rowing. Just pick a similar distance and push yourself. It's the pushing yourself that matters, not the thing you're doing. :)
