I use it, mainly as a warmup before workouts where I'm doing similar motions, for example strength workouts where I'm doing squats, presses, cleans, etc. but yah it's a great warmup
I have been doing this warm-up, every other day alternating with an ab and cardio warm up that I came up with. I have to say this is a great warm up and workout! I am wandering if anyone else on here is doing it? I am trying to improve form with lower weight at this time. I have found this warm-up to be a workload in itself and would suggest to anyone who wants to improve strength and endurance to give it a try. I want to know if anyone else is doing this or if anybody who has tried it has any feedback! Thanks!!
