Power Clean weighted (progress 11/30/11)

Upon further revision compared to a lift Dean showed me this looks terrible. I was supposed to drop under the bar instead of bringing it up to me.

And yes, it does make sense.

Popping your hips out being akin to quickly moving to the position of attention (best way I can describe it). 135# might have been too heavy for me, not in a strength sense, but it's a power movement and I'm still skittish about just tossing it in the air and willfully catching it haha. Once my foot heals up I'll try anotehr one with a lighter weight.

I am trying to type and watch at the same time so bear with me ha. On the intial lift try not to yank up the weight with your arms. Once you have cleared your knees to your hip area try popping your hips out which will keep the momentum going and then come under the bar instead of trying to "arm" it all the way up. Does that make sense?
