Just my squatting form. I think it's pretty good as far as head up, back upwards goes.

Comment by Harrison Lee on December 1, 2011 at 11:26am Roger. I can't tell too well but on Mike's pic are your feet at a 45? Mine are straight ahead. I will remember to keep hips and knees parallel from now on.
Its a little hard to tell how your feet are positioned but if you look at Mikes picture you can see where they should be. Definatley a little deeper and maybe a little more "controlled" I find it easier to slow the movements down intially until you get a good feel for the movement. If you come down to fast you can get a little sloppy. I do it all the time and have to remind myself to control a little better.
Comment by Mike Hussle on December 1, 2011 at 4:28am We actually do front squats more often than back squats, this cycle is a bit different... it's an important lift to learn, especially since you're trying to get your clean/squat clean, etc down
Comment by The Cadre on November 30, 2011 at 6:10pm Gotta drop a little deeper (hips parallel with knees), just a couple inches deeper. Not bad though, have you tried front squats?
Comment by Harrison Lee on November 29, 2011 at 7:07pm Also, the video is sideways and was a tremendous pain to even convert from whatever form I got these in. I apologize for that. Logically the thing to do would be to flip your computer monitor on its side due to my own laziness (sarcasm).
